CELEBRATE ASPARAGUS SEASON AT TOZI VICTORIA
As the British asparagus season begins, TOZI Restaurant & Bar in Victoria is marking the occasion with a limited-time menu, seasonal cocktails and complimentary croquettes throughout May.
Guests settling in for a drink will be offered a complimentary plate of asparagus and aged parmesan croquettes when ordering one of its signature pairing cocktails. Bringing a taste of Venice to Victoria, the cocktails feature authentic Select Aperitivo – opt for the Garibaldi with melon and basil, or Americano infused with raspberries and tonic water.
In the restaurant, special dishes will include poached asparagus with grated parmesan and brown butter, a seared beef carpaccio with asparagus salad and shaved pecorino, and hand-cut tagliolini with asparagus and spring black truffle; or for an indulgent dish to share, there’s an asparagus & wild garlic risotto designed for two.
