Taylor Wimpey launches latest phase at award-winning Warwick development
Taylor Wimpey Midlands has celebrated the launch of its latest phase of homes at The Asps in Warwick.
Phase two officially opened on 9 October 2026, with a launch event marking the release of a further 179 homes. Visitors had the opportunity to explore the development and find out more about the new range of one to five bedroom homes available
Part of a wider consortium with Bloor Homes, The Asps will bring 450 homes in total to Warwick, including affordable housing. Each home is designed with energy efficiency in mind, keeping energy bills low and offering sustainable living for those looking for it.
Once complete, the development is currently planned to feature green spaces, play parks, walking routes, a local centre, and a primary school. A Park & Ride service will also provide access to the historic town of Warwick and its wider range of entertainment.
Phase one is now more than 95% sold and has received four Pride in the Job Awards, alongside a Seal of Excellence Award, since the development launched in 2022. The awards recognise the quality of construction and workmanship at The Asps.
Matthew Kendall, Sales and Marketing Director at Taylor Wimpey Midlands, said: “The Asps has proved popular with homebuyers, and the recognition it has received through industry awards reflects the high standards being delivered at the development. We’re pleased to launch the next phase and offer more homebuyers the opportunity to find their new home here.”
