Home seekers invited to go behind the scenes of popular Shepshed development
Five-star housebuilder Allison Homes East Midlands is inviting prospective buyers to put their hard hats on and take an exclusive look behind the scenes of its Finney Meadows development in Shepshed, during a special Muddy Boots event.

Taking place on Saturday 22nd August from 10am to 5pm, visitors will have the opportunity to tour the development on Iveshead Road and take a closer look at the selection of homes currently under construction.
Unlike a traditional show home visit, the event will provide a unique chance for house hunters to gain an insight into the build process, experience the quality craftsmanship that goes into every Allison home and discover more about the range of two, three and four bedroom properties available at Finney Meadows.
Guests will also be able to speak with the development’s sales executive, Alan about the homes currently available. An independent financial adviser will also be on hand throughout the day to answer questions and discuss the different routes to homeownership.
Finney Meadows offers a collection of energy-efficient two, three and four bedroom homes, with prices currently starting from £260,000.
Selected homes are available with homebuying schemes designed to make moving more affordable. Depending on the plot chosen, these include deposit contributions of up to five percent, full market value Part Exchange and options vouchers worth up to £10,000, which can be put towards extras and upgrades.
