Taylor Wimpey launches new Coventry development

Taylor Wimpey Midlands has announced that homes at its new Coventry development, Bow Meadows, will be available to reserve from 27th June 2026 ahead of the development’s on-site launch later this year.

The development will bring 73 new homes to the community, offering one to five bedroom homes with prices starting from £307,500, providing a wide selection of house types to cater to a range of buyers from first time buyers to growing families.

Each home at Bow Meadows will feature PV panels, triple glazing, smart heating, and EV charging to keep energy bills low and to allow for a sustainable lifestyle.
