The initial launch event will take place at the housebuilder’s Auster Meadows development on Gaddesby Lane in Rearsby, from 10am to 5pm, giving prospective buyers their first opportunity to reserve a home at Gynsill Grange.
Situated on Gynsill Lane, Gynsill Grange will offer a collection of energy-efficient two, three and four bedroom homes, combining contemporary layouts with a village setting close to Leicester.
Visitors attending the launch at Auster Meadows will be able to meet Sales Executive Amber, discuss the first homes available and ask questions about buying at Gynsill Grange. They can also tour the Auster Meadows show home to experience the quality, specification and finish of an Allison home first-hand.
From Saturday 7th November, buyers will be able to visit Gynsill Grange itself, when the new marketing suite opens its doors. This will provide an opportunity to explore the location, meet the sales team and find out more about the homes and plans for the development.
Ahead of the opening, prospective buyers can also arrange to visit Allison Homes East Midlands’ show homes at St Mary’s Chase in Stanton under Bardon and Finney Meadows in Shepshed.
Emma Weston, Sales Director at Allison Homes East Midlands, said: “We’re excited to be bringing Gynsill Grange to Anstey and giving house hunters an early opportunity to discover what the development has to offer.
“With a range of two, three and four bedroom homes, Gynsill Grange has been designed to appeal to buyers at every stage of their homeownership journey, while making the most of Anstey’s popular village setting and excellent connections to Leicester.
“Before the marketing suite opens in November, buyers can meet Amber at Auster Meadows, learn more about the homes available and be among the first to reserve their new home.”
Anstey offers a range of everyday amenities, including independent shops, cafés, pubs, a supermarket and healthcare services. Its village recreation ground provides space for sport and community events, while nearby Bradgate Park and Castle Hill Park offer opportunities for walking and enjoying the outdoors.
Families will find schools nearby, including Latimer Primary School, Woolden Hill Primary School and The Martin High School.
Leicester provides a wider choice of shopping, dining, leisure and cultural attractions, while the nearby A46 and M1 offer connections across the region. Regular bus services also connect Anstey with Leicester city centre.
