The sought-after community, located off Burnmill Road, has proven popular with a variety of homebuyers and has delivered a total of 120 homes to residents in the area.

David Wilson Homes is celebrating the success of the development as the final homebuyers are settling into their new properties.

Rachael Harrison, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes East Midlands, said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce that our Burnmill Grange development is now complete, and we will look back on the development’s success with very fond memories.

“Ever since it first launched, we were confident that the development would be a success due to its desirable village location, with plenty of green space and countryside surrounding the area.

“We would like to encourage anyone who missed out on a property to take a look at our other developments in Leicestershire, where we currently have a wide variety of homes available to buy.”

Throughout the years, David Wilson Homes has shown its dedication to supporting the local community, making substantial investments totalling over £2 million towards the enhancement of nearby services and facilities.

These investments include over £830,000 towards the area’s primary and secondary education amenities and £640,000 to Market Harborough Town Centre Highways. Other facilities will be brought to the area thanks to the development, including a brand new play area and the creation of public open spaces.

During its time constructing new homes at Burnmill Grange, David Wilson Homes has also worked closely with local primary school, Ridgeway Primary Academy.

In 2020, the developer donated hi-vis vests for pupils to help them stay safe during their commute to school as part of Brake’s annual Road Safety Week.

The year after, during lockdown, David Wilson Homes organised a virtual storytelling session with a professional storyteller for the children to celebrate World Book Day in March, as well as a wildlife friendly poster competition to help pupils understand the importance of sustainability and working with nature.

In November 2022, David Wilson Homes donated a selection of mental health themed books as part of Youth Mental Health Day and a donation of a friendship bench to teach the children to be there for one another during Anti-Bullying Week.

The developer rounded off its relationship with the school by working with pupils to create a sensory garden which is used as an outdoor learning and reflection space, which was then awarded as the Best Ornamental School Garden in the Royal Horticultural Society’s 2023 East Midlands in Bloom competition.

Despite Burnmill Grange having sold out, David Wilson Homes still has a variety of properties available to buy across the county.
