The show aired on November 23, however in the last seven days as viewers sank into episode 4, which saw a remarkable dance scene performed to the song, fans can’t get enough, as searches for ‘Goo Goo Muck dance’ have also increased by 426%.

Alongside this, Spotify data shows that the song ‘Goo Goo Muck’ now has 10,397,335 hits as of Tuesday December 6, and according to Billboard, the song has seen a 5000% increase in US streams from 23-28 November, going from 2,500 daily streams to 134,000.
An entertainment expert from Jeffbet.com said: “It’s always interesting to see how TV shows influence the music we stream, and this is a great example of how an 80’s hit can make a huge revival. Earlier this year, Kate Bush’s track ‘Running up a hill’ saw huge success from Stranger Things 4, and it looks as though ‘Goo Goo Muck’ is set to follow suit.”
The hashtag #WednesdayAddams is also trending on Twitter today (Dec, 6) with 25.1K tweets as fans go wild for the show.
