Many city centre car parks up and down the UK offer early bird discounts. If you arrive at the car park before 10 am (this can differ), you can enjoy a hefty discount on parking for the full day.

3. Take advantage of cashback offers of up to 7%
Not many people are aware that you can get cashback on car parking. Companies like Q-Park offer up to 7% of the price of your car parking back in cashback, which will certainly help towards Christmas presents.

One easy way to save money on car parking for shopping trips is to look for shopping centres with free car parks. Often these shopping centres are outside the main city centre, however, they have all the facilities you need to enjoy a festive day out.
