Charlene White odds on favourite to leave the I’m a Celeb Jungle first
Loose Women presenter Charlene White is the current favourite to be the first star eliminated from this year’s series of I’m a Celeb, according to bookmaker William Hill.
This is a result of irritating several campmates such as Boy George and Scarlett Douglas through her taking control of the camp in the most recent episode.
Scarlett however, is also one of the current favourites to be the first to leave the show with the A Place In The Sun presenter following Charlene closely at 11-4.
The last-minute contestant on the show, former health secretary Matt Hancock is also in the running to be eliminated at 7-2.
Matt Hancock will be making his first appearance in the jungle on tonight’s episode along with comedian Seann Walsh who is at 12-1 to be eliminated first.
The pair will be taking part in their first bushtucker trial on tonight’s episode after missing out on the first public vote.
On the opposite end of the spectrum Euros winner, Jill Scott is back to being the current favourite to be crowned Queen of the jungle but not by much as former rugby player Mike Tindall closely follows at 11-4.
After last night’s episode comedian Babtune has redeemed himself after failing to complete his first trial of the show after he won the maximum stars for camp, facing his fear of heights in the process.
Speaking on the recent market odds shifts, Lee Phelps, a spokesperson for William Hill, said: “Tension between campmates is always going to happen on this show as they are tired and hungry, so emotions are naturally high.
“Campmates who make this worse and accentuate the arguments can go either way with the public, so it will be interesting to see who goes first.
“I doubt Matt Hancock will be first to go, I suspect the public will want to see him take on his fair share of trials while he’s on the show.”
