TOZI Victoria Launches New Spring Menu

Spring has arrived, and with it, a vibrant new menu at TOZI Victoria. Head Chef Maurilio Molteni has crafted a selection of dishes that celebrate the best of the season, staying true to TOZI’s ethos of great food, shared in good company.

At the heart of the menu is cicchetti, inspired by the osterias of Venice and designed to bring people together. New spring additions showcasing simple yet bold Italian flavours include grilled asparagus, endive, and quail eggs with black truffle salad; burrata with heritage tomatoes and a basil pesto; and a garden salad with fresh goat’s cheese and aged balsamic vinegar.

For larger plates, TOZI’s signature lobster linguine and chargrilled wild seabass with salsa verde are joined by pan-fried hake with fennel, samphire and salmoriglio; slow-roasted Welsh lamb shoulder with braised cannellini beans; and rustichelle with peas, asparagus and Tuscan pecorino.

Desserts are indulgent with a dreamy pistachio tiramisu; decadent chocolate delice with crème anglaise; and zesty Amalfi lemon, ricotta and pine nut tart with raspberry sorbet.
If you’re dropping by for lunch, a set menu features a selection of dishes, fresh bread and coffee for £23.95. Larger evening groups can opt for one of the cicchetti feasting menus, starting a £38 per person.

Accompanying the spring menu is a rotating wine list, carefully curated to highlight Italy’s diverse wine regions – featuring small-batch producers and rare finds, each bottle tells a story of tradition and provenance.
