New Date For Project Live: Showcasing The New Musical Talent Of Leicester

2Funky Arts will conclude their 4-month artist development programme – Project LIVE – with a VIP Industry Showcase event this August, at 2Funky Music Café.

This summer showcase, which had to be rescheduled in July, will feature an exciting line-up of new, emerging artists from Leicester(shire). They will perform original material across Black music genres, alongside a live band, to an audience including music professionals.

Led by Musical Director Lisa Millett, artists have been working extremely hard to prepare for this moment, collaborating with a live band at weekly rehearsal sessions to create live renditions of music, featuring an array of instruments.

Exceptional live performances are to be expected, in a variety of Black music genres from artists:
Dani Matty, Rai, Jake Thompson, Linzi, Sariah, Sam Harris, Manye Fi & Sunsun Official.
