How to make TikTok’s viral Flying Dutchman Burger
With all the noise around the Flying Dutchman circulating TikTok, Getir has revealed a step-by-step guide to making your own Flying Dutchman at home:

Take a large white onion and cut them into thick slices. Then weigh out your beef (4oz) and flatten out into two patties
On medium-high heat, add a tablespoon of oil and your sliced white onions to a frying pan. Grill for two minutes on either side.
Remove the onions from the pan and add in the beef patties. Getir recommends seasoning them with garlic salt, paprika and steak seasoning.
Cook the beef patties for two minutes on either side. Then add grated cheese or cheese slices to the top of each patty. Cover and cook until the cheese is fully melted.
Once the cheese has melted, add in the onion slices to form the burger bun – push the onions into the melted cheese so the burger sticks together.
Mix mayo, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to re-create In-N-Out’s signature burger sauce.
