Searches for firepits have risen almost 200% since Love Island aired!
The temperature is heating up and Love Island is finally back on our screens – The show, which is now in its 9th season and it’s second ‘winter edition’, is taking place in South Africa, the perfect location for winter sun – the villa boasts an impressive swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and of course, the all-important fire pit.
Last night we welcomed the villa’s first 11 contestants, which included TikTok’s very own Will Young (not the singer) – a farmer who found fame on the popular video sharing app. Brits across the country watched as the contestants paired up into their first couples.
It’s not just a piece of the action and drama that viewers are looking for though, interiors experts at VonHaus have discovered that searches for ‘fire pit’ skyrocketed by 2900% during last nights episode.
Firepits are an excellent addition to the garden and are great for staying warm in those cooler nights. They also don’t have to be a huge and pricey installation job, with many stand-alone wood, charcoal or gas firepits available at affordable prices, to suit any kind of garden!
VonHaus says “We always see a rise in interest for firepits as Love Island starts, and we think it’s great that people want to spruce up their gardens with one.
“Depending on what you go for, they can be a much more affordable addition to the garden than you might think! With cheaper and high-end options for both coal and gas pits available.
“They’re a perfect addition to any garden, from keeping you warm on colder nights so you can stay out under the stars to some even doubling as a BBQ!”
