Meet Frankie Alvarado, Hollywood’s Go-To Trainer Specializing in Building Bigger Booty
Frankie Alvarado gained rapid popularity on TikTok now boasting over 700,000 followers for his videos to build a better butt and has amassed celebrity clients like actress Sarah Hyland (“Modern Family”), GUESS model Estrella Nouri, fashion model Jessica Nazarenus, Monday Swimwear co-founder Devin Brugman, Bang Energy model Alexis Clark and hundreds more of the world’s top influencers.
Frankie Alvarado grew up in Mesa, Arizona, and played football, ran track, and joined a wrestling team. He started his career working at LA Fitness as a front desk associate, where he developed a passion for fitness. Shortly after, Alvarado became a NASM certified trainer in 2017 and began to train members at LA Fitness, and later coached at Fitbody Bootcamp in Tempe, AZ, where he taught HIIT classes. While attending college at Arizona State University at the age of 20, Alvarado knew he wanted to be an independent trainer and joined a gym called Self-Made Training as a trainer where he coached clients.
In 2020 when the pandemic hit, many gyms were forced to close, and Alvarado was let go. A friend of Alvarado’s had just gone through a breakup, had body insecurity, and wanted to build muscle. Alvarado started training her and posting her results on TikTok. This 1st transformation paid off and she referred the entire ASU dance team to him. He became a master at helping dancers shape their physique.
Later in September of 2020, he moved to Los Angeles. He started posting educational fitness videos on TikTok and client transformations. In less than two years, Alvarado has gained over 680,000 followers and is happy he is able to help thousands of individuals. With Covid restrictions in Los Angeles, gyms were still closed, and Alvarado pivoted to train clients in his backyard and at the park. He created dynamic workout programs to virtually train clients through his website, Peachgainz.com. He also sells training equipment like ankle straps, booty bands, and more. Now, Alvarado is ready to launch a workout app thanks to his TikTok popularity and higher-profile clients.
