Richard Madeley has recently come under fire by dentists after he claimed that ‘NHS dentists are not capable of doing extractions anymore’ and that they are ‘simply not trained to that level’ on yesterday’s Good Morning Britain.

The British Dental Association have slammed this claim and expressed that Richard Madeley has ‘wholly misrepresented’ the current dentistry crisis and whilst complex cases can be referred to hospital, NHS dentists are fully trained to undertake these procedures.
