ActionCOACH Warwick bolsters team with local experience

With 2023 soon coming to an end, a major promotion for one member at local business growth coaching firm ActionCOACH Warwick is just one happy story from the team based at Pure Office in Leamington Spa. “We advise our business owner clients to build a strong team so we’re taking on our own advice!” said Kevin Riley, Managing Director. ‘We’re proud of our rising star Frankie and our newest recruit Lynsey. I’ve no doubt their excellence and expertise will be pivotal in having a successful 2024.”

Frankie Tabor has been working with ActionCOACH Warwick since May 2022. She has risen up through the ranks to her new position as Marketing Manager.

I’d not really heard about business coaching before so it was exciting to think I would be taking up a job role in a company where I’d have so many opportunities for learning.”

A local to the area, Frankie attended Southam College before completing an apprenticeship with the South Warwickshire Foundation Trust. She continues to be inspired to make a difference in her local community. “In my new role I’m responsible for managing all the marketing channels across the company plus developing and implementing plans, policies and strategies.

“ActionCOACH Warwick is an amazing place to work. They have given me so many opportunities for my personal and professional development. I love the creativity that working in marketing brings. It’s a constantly moving industry, which makes for a very exciting job role!”

While ActionCOACH Warwick’s commitment to internal promotions is key to creating a healthy and successful organisation, they have looked further afield to strengthen the services they offer.

Local businesswoman, Lynsey Le Keux, who runs a 1950s vintage-themed salon and party company, has joined ActionCOACH Warwick in a new role as Event Coordinator. “I love organising events and always endeavour to make them an experience. I also love the world of business improvement and personal growth. I always want to learn to be a better business owner, so being part of a team that helps other people do this is a dream come true!

“My role means I will be managing the logistic of events, ensuring our clients and guests have an amazing experience and that everything runs smoothly. I want our events to be legendary, memorable and for everyone to achieve their own goals through attending. I want the rest of my team to relax in the knowledge that our clients are getting the most out of the events we offer at ActionCOACH Warwick.”
